Property information
Property descriptions, prices, availability, dimensions and other details may change and must be independently verified. Website content is general information and does not constitute legal, tax, financial or valuation advice.
Seller submissions
A submission does not automatically create a mandate or cause a property to be published. Solace Realty may verify authority, edit presentation, request supporting information, decline content, or delay publication until its review requirements are satisfied.
Photographs and content rights
You may upload only information and photographs you own or are authorised to use. Content must relate to the property, be accurate, and contain no unauthorised branding, watermarks or personal information.
External property portals
Preparation for a portal does not guarantee acceptance or publication. Property24, Private Property and other portals apply their own onboarding, content, technical and commercial requirements.
Offers and transaction centre
Online proposed terms, workflow statuses and OTP preparation records are administrative tools only. They do not constitute a deed of alienation, signature, seller acceptance or binding sale. A property transaction becomes binding only when the applicable legal formalities and signed-document requirements have been satisfied.
Executed documents
Where Solace stores a scanned executed document, the website record is a controlled copy for the linked parties. The original signed document and legal advice remain authoritative.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse forms, attempt unauthorised access, upload malicious material, interfere with the service, scrape protected information, or submit misleading or unlawful content.
Availability and liability
We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, Solace Realty is not liable for loss caused by reliance on unverified information, third-party services, or events outside its reasonable control.
