Records we may hold
Records may include company and statutory records, property mandates and listing records, client communications, supplier and service-provider records, financial and tax records, marketing records, website submissions, consent records, and policies required by law.
Making a request
A requester should identify the record clearly, explain the right being exercised or protected, provide sufficient identity and contact details, state the preferred access method, and use any form prescribed by PAIA. Statutory fees may apply.
Assessment and response
Solace Realty will assess requests in accordance with PAIA. Access may be refused where a lawful ground applies, including protection of privacy, confidential commercial information, safety, legal privilege or records that cannot reasonably be located from the information supplied.
