Information we collect
We may collect identification and contact details, property and mandate information, photographs, enquiry and proposed-offer details, communications, consent records, transaction-status events, executed-document copies, and technical information required to operate and protect this website.
How we use information
We use information to respond to enquiries, prepare valuations, verify authority to advertise, manage property listings, communicate about property services, prevent abuse, meet legal duties, and prepare approved listing information for selected property portals.
Property listings and portals
Seller-submitted information is reviewed before publication. With the seller’s authority, approved property information and images may be published on Solace Realty and prepared for Property24, Private Property or another selected advertising channel. We do not send a listing to an external portal before review and approval.
Transaction records
Proposed commercial terms and OTP preparation records are restricted to the linked purchaser, seller and authorised Solace operator. Executed-document copies are stored privately and are not exposed through public property listings.
Sharing and operators
Information may be processed by trusted service providers that support hosting, customer relationship management, communications, storage, security and property advertising. They may only process information for the authorised purpose and subject to appropriate safeguards.
Security and retention
We apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards. Information is retained only for as long as reasonably required for the property service, legal obligations, dispute handling and legitimate business records, after which it is securely deleted or de-identified.
Your choices and rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete personal information, object to certain processing, withdraw consent where consent is the basis, or lodge a complaint with South Africa’s Information Regulator.
